We're pleased to announce that Gemma Beckett has joined Carplus as our new Operations Director, bringing more than 8 years of motor finance experience to the role.
Gemma joins us from CarFinance 247, where she served as Head of Sales and Operations. With more than 8 years of experience in the industry, she'll oversee our operational functions, including customer service processes, lender partnerships, and internal systems that help customers secure vehicle finance.
For Carplus, Gemma's appointment strengthens our operational foundation as we handle increasing customer demand. Her experience managing large-scale operations will help us improve service delivery and refine our processes, enabling us to maintain our high standards whilst expanding our reach in the UK car finance market.
